The first step is a short message in which you tell me, in a few lines, where you are and what you would like to be different. I read every message myself and reply within 24 hours, either with an answer to your question or with an invitation to a free thirty-minute conversation on Zoom, and you do not need to have anything worked out before you write, because working it out is the part we would do together.
There is no sales pitch at any point, and if I am not the right person to help, I will tell you.
If you find it easier to write than to talk, say as much as you like in the form, because a longer message simply gives me more to go on before we speak.
01 — Write to me
The form begins by asking what kind of help you are looking for and then shows only the questions that follow from your answer, so that I can reply to your situation and not to a category. Answer as briefly or as fully as you like, and where you are unsure, say so, because that is useful for me to know as well.
02 — What happens next
What follows is a small number of unhurried steps, and you are free to stop at any of them without owing me an explanation.
This is a one-person practice, so there is no assistant and no team between us, and whatever you write arrives with the person who will be answering it.
I reply by email, either answering your question directly or suggesting a time for a first conversation, and if I can already see that I am not the right person for what you describe, I will say so then.
The consultation is free and takes place on Zoom. You tell me where you are, I ask a few questions, and I tell you honestly whether I think I can help and where the work would begin.
There is nothing to sign and nothing to decide on the day, and whether we go any further is your decision to make once you have had time to think it over.
03 — Before you write
If yours is not among them, put it in the form and I will answer it when I reply.
You can write whatever is true at the moment, in whatever order it comes. It helps me to know roughly where you are, what you would like to be different and what you have already tried, but a few honest lines are worth more than a carefully prepared account, and you do not need to arrive with a goal.
I reply to every message myself within 24 hours. If a day has passed and nothing has arrived, it is worth looking in your spam folder, and you are always welcome to write to me directly at hello@constantinehq.com.
It is free, it lasts thirty minutes on Zoom, and it carries no obligation to continue. Its only purpose is for the two of us to find out whether I am the right person to help with what you have described.
That is a common place to start from, and you do not have to decide before you write. Choose the general enquiry option, describe your situation as you see it, and I will tell you where I think the work would begin. If you would like to read first, the pages on life purpose coaching, confidence coaching and solo business coaching describe each kind of work in detail.
Your message comes to me and to nobody in between, because this is a one-person practice with no assistant and no team.
Coaching is practical work on direction, habits and plans, and it is not therapy, counselling or medical advice, so if what you describe would be better served by a therapist or a doctor, I will say so plainly when I reply.
